GOVFACES launches the GovFaces Blog

GovFaces today launched the GovFaces Blog, intended to be a place where GovFaces volunteers aggregate the web’s best content dealing with political social media from their countries.

On the right side of the screen, you can notice that we have created a section on our website for each of the 28 EU member states. This corresponds with the main audience for our launch in 2014, which will be at the European Union. If you’re from outside of the EU, we’d still love to hear from you! Keep coming back to for updates on the development of our project.

If you’re interested in joining the team and becoming a Contributor to the GovFaces Blog, we are now accepting applications. You can apply to be a contributor to a GovFaces Blog from your country by e-mailing¬† Please include your name, contact information, and if possible a CV or writing sample.

About GovFaces:

GovFaces is the first global political network for connecting citizens and representatives online meaningfully and directly. By relying on multimedia such as direct video responses, and by allowing the community to decide which issues are more important, the GovFaces platform is the most efficient and effective way of contacting your elected representative online.
